Insurance & Direct Billing:
Direct billing is available for eligible insurance plans. If your claim cannot be processed due to coverage issues or insurance system errors, payment will be required at the time of your appointment. A receipt will be provided for you to submit to your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider directly for details about your coverage.
Appointment & Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your appointment. Cancellations within 12 hours or no-shows are subject to a $50 fee.
Parking:
Complimentary parking is available in the city-owned parking spots in front of the spa (zones 2028 & 2029). Simply provide your license plate number at the front desk, and we’ll take care of the parking for you.
